Gingerbread Icing Recipe

Ingredients

  • 4 egg whites
  • 1 teaspoon Cream of Tarter
  • 4 cups powdered sugar

Directions

  1. Beat egg whites and cream of tartar till stiff, then slowly add in powdered sugar and beat for 5 minutes.
  2. Keep covered till ready to use.

Pipes out like frosting and dries like cement!
