Nutty Caramel Apples


  • 8 small apples
  • 1 14-ounce bag caramels, unwrapped
  • 1 cup mixed salted nuts, finely chopped
  • Popsicle sticks


  1. Place caramels in a saucepan and melt over low heat.
  2. Dip apples in and roll in nuts.
  3. Place on wax paper lined cookie sheets to set.
  4. Refrigerate or serve when cool.
