Roasted & Spiced Mixed Nuts

Ingredients

  • 1 cup almonds
  • 1 cup peanuts
  • 1 cup cashews
  • ½ cup pumpkin seeds
  • ¼ cup sunflower seeds
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon cayenne
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 300 degrees.
  2. Combine all nuts in a large bowl. Toss with the olive oil and melted butter, salt, cayenne and garlic powder.
  3. Spread the seasoned nuts on a cookie sheet and roast for 20 –25 minutes, stirring frequently.
  4. Remove from oven. Let cool on a rack and serve.
