Tri-Colored Baby Carrots


  • 1 pound tri-colored baby carrots
  • Olive Oil
  • Salt
  • Pepper


  1. Cut carrots in half lengthwise, place on a baking sheet, drizzle with olive oil, and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  2. Bake at 425° for 30 minutes.
  3. Place on a serving platter and drizzle with a little olive oil.
