Burrata and Tomato Salad


  • 1 pound ripened heirloom tomatoes, sliced
  • 4 balls Burrata
  • 1 bunch of basil, torn
  • Salt
  • Fresh ground black pepper
  • Balsamic glaze


  1. Slice up your heirloom tomatoes and season them with salt and pepper.
  2. Arrange them on a platter. Then, take your burrata and pull it apart into small pieces. Place over the tomatoes evenly.
  3. Take your basil and sprinkle over the tomatoes and burrata. Sprinkle again with salt and fresh ground pepper and drizzle with balsamic glaze.
