Burrata and Tomato Salad
- 1 pound ripened heirloom tomatoes, sliced
- 4 balls Burrata
- 1 bunch of basil, torn
- Fresh ground black pepper
- Balsamic glaze
- Slice up your heirloom tomatoes and season them with salt and pepper.
- Arrange them on a platter. Then, take your burrata and pull it apart into small pieces. Place over the tomatoes evenly.
- Take your basil and sprinkle over the tomatoes and burrata. Sprinkle again with salt and fresh ground pepper and drizzle with balsamic glaze.
